Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit: $5 USD
  • Maximum deposit: $100 USD per transaction
  • Accepted tokens: USDC or USDT on Ethereum Mainnet
  • Exchange rate: 1 USD = 1,000 Points
  • Points are credited after on-chain confirmation (approx. 1–2 min)

Refund Policy

  • Minimum refund amount: $5 USD equivalent in Points
  • Handling fee: $1 USD deducted per refund request
  • Refunds are processed manually within 3–5 business days
